At Blå Bottles UAE, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped the next business day.
If you place an order on a Saturday, it will be shipped the following business day (Sunday shipments are not available).

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the courier or shipping provider handling your order.
While most orders arrive promptly, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will depend on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

Delays & Responsibility

We always do our best to process and hand over your order quickly, but once it leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
Blå Bottles UAE is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping provider.

Fast delivery across GCC

We get started on your order as soon as we receive it, and will normally ship the day after. Shipping takes 1-2 days across the UAE, and a little longer if you live in another GCC country.
